Astana hosts concert of Turkic peoples' music "Tamyr"

The State Academic Philharmonic named after E. Rahmadiyev in Astana hosted a concert of Turkic peoples' music "Tamyr”, organized by the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation.
The concert, reflecting the rich musical heritage of the Turkic world, was conducted as part of the 2nd meeting of the Council of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation.
The concert program featured performances of the folk-ethnographic ensemble "TURAN", the "GULDER" ensemble, the State Dance Ensemble "SALTANAT," the Kazakh National Music and Drama Theater named after K. Kuanishbaev, and the collective of the State Academic Philharmonic named after E. Rahmadiyev.
The "Tamyr" concert showcased the shared cultural identity of Turkic peoples through music and dance, offering the audience an opportunity to experience the rich artistic heritage of the Turkic world. This event also contributed to strengthening cultural cooperation between Turkic states and promoting their artistic traditions on the international stage.
Adil Karimli, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture, members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Kazakhstan, heads and representatives of international osrganizations, as well as cultural and artistic figures attended the event.
