Magnitude 3.1 earthquake hits Caspian Sea

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck the Caspian Sea on Saturday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The quake, depth of 66 km, was recorded at 17:22 local time.
