I received with deep regret the news of the crash of a passenger plane belonging to Azerbaijan in the territory of Kazakhstan, which resulted in the loss of lives and injuries.
I extend my deepest condolences to Your Excellency and to the families of those who lost their lives. I pray to Allah the Almighty to grant mercy upon the departed souls and to bestow a swift recovery upon the injured.
