Your Excellency Mr. President,
I have received with profound grief and sorrow the news of the crash of Azerbaijan Airlines aircraft in Kazakhstan, which resulted in the death of a number its passengers.
On this heartbreaking occasion, I would like to share my grief and sorrow, and to present to Your Excellency, to the people of Azerbaijan, and the families of the deceased my deepest condolences, praying to Almighty Allah to confer mercy on the souls of the deceased, and for recovery of the injured.
