Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission holds meeting

The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan held a meeting on Monday, chaired by Mazahir Panahov.
The meeting approved the protocol from the December 2 session.
Additionally, the Commission discussed partial adjustments to the boundaries of certain electoral districts and changes to the composition of several district election commissions.
The Commission also considered the establishment of polling stations in some constituencies.
The meeting further addressed the registration of authorized representatives from the New Azerbaijan Party, Azerbaijan National Independence Party, Great Order Party, Democratic Reforms Party, and Azerbaijan Hope Party for the municipal elections scheduled for January 29, 2025.
Media representatives attended the meeting, which included extensive discussions on current issues.
