Delegates of international parliamentary conference visit Khankendi

Delegates attending the international parliamentary conference on "Parliamentarism: Traditions and Perspectives" visited Khankendi as part of their tour of Karabakh.
The delegation began their visit at Victory Square, where Elchin Yusubov, the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan, provided an overview of the city’s history and significance.
The group then toured Karabakh University, established by President Ilham Aliyev’s decree on November 28, 2023. Rector Shahin Bayramov highlighted the rapid progress made in building a modern educational infrastructure. Extensive renovations have transformed the university’s buildings, equipping classrooms, administrative offices, laboratories, and libraries with cutting-edge facilities to meet contemporary standards.
During their visit, the delegates explored the university’s facilities, interacted with students, and gained insight into the academic environment. Following their tour, the group continued their journey to Khojaly.
