Baku, November 27, AZERTAC During COP29, more than 12,000 local and international tourists visited museums, cultural centers, and historical sites within Icherisheher (Inner City) and the Gala State Historical-Ethnographic Reserve.According to the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration, Russian, Chinese, and Indian nationals constituted the majority of international visitors.Notable attractions included the Maiden Tower, the Shirvanshahs’ Palace, the Sirataghli Religious-Architectural Complex, Baylar Mosque, and the Underground Bath-House— all listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.In the Gala Reserve, visitors explored ancient Absheron monuments, the “From Waste to Art” Museum, and the "Gurama" exhibition.
