Upon the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister of the Slovak Republic, Robert Kaliňák, the official visit of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov to Slovakia is underway, the Ministry told AZERTAC.
During the visit, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, along with his accompanying delegation, visited the Military Technical and Testing Institute Záhorie (VTSU).
The Azerbaijani Minister of Defense was briefed in detail on the history and key areas of the institute's activities.
After being acquainted with the conditions and educational system at the institute, the Azerbaijani delegation proceeded to the training area, where they were introduced to various combat equipment and attended shooting.
