Iranian Foreign Minister visits Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar welcomed Iranian Minister for Foreign Affairs Seyed Abbas Araghchi on Tuesday on his arrival at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in capital Islamabad.
According to the statement issued by the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Deputy Prime Minister & Foreign Minister and Iranian Foreign Minister will discuss bilateral and regional issues, with special focus on trade, economy, energy and the ongoing developments in the Middle East.
Earlier, Foreign Minister of Iran Seyed Abbas Araghchi arrived in Islamabad and was welcomed at the airport by Additional Foreign Secretary of Pakistan Ambassador Ahmed Naseem Warraich. He is on a two day visit to Pakistan and will also call on the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
