Oil prices slide in global markets

Global oil markets witnessed a decline in prices.
Brent crude oil on the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) dropped by $0.36, trading at $79.04 per barrel. Similarly, Light crude oil on the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange) fell by $0.29, standing at $75.56 per barrel.
