Magnitude 3.8 quake hits Caspian Sea

A 3.8 magnitude earthquake struck the Caspian Sea on Friday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The quake, recorded at 23:50 local time, occurred at a depth of 68 km.
