Azerbaijani Ambassador presents copy of his credentials to Russian side

Sergey Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister met Friday with Rahman Mustafayev, Azerbaijan`s newly appointed ambassador to Moscow.
Sergey Lavrov warmly welcomed Azerbaijani ambassador Rahman Mustafayev and wished him success in his work.
Subsequently, Azerbaijan’s ambassador hold a meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Mikhail Galuzin and handed a copy of his credentials to him.
During the meeting, the sides stressed the progress of relations between Russia and Azerbaijan.
The meeting also addressed bilateral agenda and the schedule of upcoming interstate contacts.
