Azerbaijani movie to be screened at Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival

“Maryam", the feature film by Azerbaijan's honored art worker Elchin Musaoglu, will be presented in the competition program of the Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, to be held in Antalya from October 5 to 15, 2024.
The plot of the movie is about young girl - Maryam, an immigrant living in the US who returns to her small village in Azerbaijan after discovering that her father is alive and residing in a psychiatric facility. She tries to help recover his mind with her memories but the struggle against the disease turns into a fight with her own conscience.
The cast of film includes Daniz Bunyatzade, Daniz Guluzade, Nuraddin Mehdixanli, Gamar Mammadova, Tahmina Rafaella, Zaur Shafiyev, Ayshad Mammadov and Ertogrul Kamalov.
