Baku State University, Turkish Haliç University ink MoU

The Baku State University (BSU) and Haliç University of Türkiye have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop education and research cooperation between the universities.
The agreement, signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of Turkish Haliç University Nihat Inanç, envisages exchange of students, researchers and academic staff.
Founded in 1998, Haliç University is one of Türkiye's prestigious higher education institutions, with a student population of over 17,000.
