Baku State University, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University of Kazakhstan sign “Orhun” exchange protocol

The Baku State University (BSU) and L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University of Kazakhstan have signed an “Orhun” exchange protocol.
The agreement, inked by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University Yerlan Sydykov, facilitates the exchange of students, researchers, and academic staff.
Founded in1996, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, one of prestigious higher education institutions of Kazakhstan, comprises 13 faculties.
