Baku, July 31, AZERTAC Baku State University (BSU) and Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University have signed an “Orhun” exchange protocol.The agreement, signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Alpaslan Ceylan, facilitates the exchange of students, researchers, and academic staff.Founded in 1995, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University comprises 11 faculties and serves nearly 6,000 students.
