Baku State University, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University ink exchange protocol

The Baku State University (BSU) and Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University have signed an “Orhun” exchange protocol.
The document, inked by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University Rector Mukhtar Tolegen, envisages exchange of students, researchers and academic staff.
Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University was founded in 1996. With enrolment of about 6000 students, the university is comprised of 11 faculties.
