Baku, July 25, AZERTAC Baku State University (BSU) and Türkiye's Bayburt University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance cooperation in education and research between the two universities.The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Bayburt University Rector Mutlu Türkmen.The memorandum included plans for the exchange of students, researchers, and academic staff.Founded in 2008, Bayburt University is one of Türkiye's prestigious higher education institutions. With a student population of over 16,000, the university comprises 9 faculties and 6 vocational schools.
