Serbian military attaché informed about Azerbaijan’s landmine problem

Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) Samir Poladov met with Serbia’s Defense Attaché to Azerbaijan Colonel Mile Čeliković.
During the meeting, Samir Poladov informed the Serbian Defense Attaché about the landmine problem facing Azerbaijan, the level of contamination of the lands with landmines and unexploded ordnances, the humanitarian demining activities carried by the Agency, as well as the "International Advanced Practice and Training Center for Mine Action" to be established in Azerbaijan for conducting trainings on mine action.
The sides also exchanged views on Serbia’s possible support for the humanitarian demining activities carried out in Azerbaijan.
