Baku, May 25, AZERTAC The Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) and the University of Bucharest have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.The document was inked by BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov and Marian Preda, President of the Black Sea Universities Network (BSUN), Rector of the University of Bucharest.The Memorandum of Understanding includes provisions for student and faculty exchange, collaborative research activities, participation in seminars and scientific meetings, exchange of teaching materials and other informational materials, and the implementation of short-term specialized academic programs.
