“We were one of the first countries to explicitly state that Karabakh is the territory of Azerbaijan. I want to state again that we are always ready to show our cooperation on the basis of the revival program in this region, in Karabakh,” said President of Iran Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, as he addressed a ceremony to commission the "Khudafarin" hydroelectric complex and inaugurate the "Giz Galasi" hydroelectric complex on the Araz River.
“The 140km railway and bridges over highways under construction in the Kalala-Aghband region are also strategic projects. We are pushing this project forward very fast,” the Iranian President noted.
