Azerbaijan is showcasing its tourism potential at the Guangzhou International Tourism Fair (GITF 2024) in China. The country is represented by approximately six local partners, including “Azerbaijan Airlines" CJSC, the "Shahdag" Tourism Center, and the Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau.
Visitors to Azerbaijan's pavilion can explore the country's rich history, diverse tourism destinations, winemaking traditions, national cuisine, and tangible cultural heritage sites listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Additionally, the Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau won the "Potential Tourism Destination" category in the Chinese Tourist Welcome Award 2024 competition, organized by the China Outbound Tourism Research Institute.
