Baku, April 15, AZERTAC “As part of its mandate as a conference host, Azerbaijan approaches negotiations with all parties involved through a lens of transparency, inclusivity, and neutrality,” said Yalchin Rafiyev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and COP29 Lead Negotiator at the first press conference held at the COP29 Presidency headquarters.According to him, the main topics of COP29 negotiations, including climate finance, are under comprehensive discussion with all parties.“Intensive work is being done on possible ways to steer the negotiations to a successful outcome,” the COP29 Lead Negotiator noted.
