Azerbaijan, Georgian Golf Federations embark on cooperation

The Azerbaijan Golf Federation and the Georgian Golf Federation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.
The document was inked by President of Azerbaijan Golf Federation Rauf Khalilov and President of the Georgian Golf Federation Zaza Mikadze.
The document envisaging the promotion of cooperation and progress in the golf industry, aims to facilitate the exchange of experience and knowledge in various facets of the sport.
Touching upon the prospects for cooperation, President of the Azerbaijan Golf Federation Rauf Khalilov underlined that this is a significant step forward in the development of golf in Azerbaijan.
President of the Georgia Golf Federation Zaza Mikadze emphasized that they strive to raise the golf standards in the region by nurturing a spirit of mutual respect.
Vice President of the Azerbaijan Golf Federation Anar Azimov, Secretary-General of the Federation Leyla Abbasova, Vice-President of Georgian Golf Federation Andro Shilakadze and Secretary General Misha Dzadzamia also attended the signing ceremony.
