Baku, April 6, AZERTACAzerbaijan’s female wrestlers will today test their strength at the third continental Olympic qualifiers, European OG Qualifiers, held in Baku on April 5-7.Azerbaijani wrestler Mariya Stadnik (50kg) will face the winner of Romanian Ana Maria Pîrvu/Lithuanian Gabija Dilyte duo in 1/4 final of the tournament.Wrestler Elnura Mammadova (53kg) will clash with North Macedonian Veronika Rjabovolova in the first round.Azerbaijani Jala Aliyeva (57kg) will test her strength against the winner of match between Norwegian Othelie Høie and Ukrainian Alina Akobiia in the quarterfinals.The wrestlers will strive to prove their mettle to earn spots for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
