® Agil Mamiyev: "Mercedes-Benz X Binghatti cooperation will give a big boost to Dubai's construction sector"

Already venturing into the real estate business, Mercedes-Benz, the automobile manufacturing company, has decided to embark on its first building construction project in Dubai.

In a grand presentation evening organized by Muhammad Binghatti on January 24, 2024, the project named "Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti" was introduced, with a total value of 1 billion dollars.
An ultra-luxurious residential complex, Mercedes-Benz Places, the first project by the renowned Mercedes-Benz automobile brand, will be located in the heart of Dubai. This elite 65-story complex will feature 2-5 bedroom luxury penthouses, duplexes, and triplexes.
This project will combine unparalleled prestige and luxury. Each residence will come with its own pool and offer phenomenal views of the world's tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa.
The presentation of the project was led by the globally renowned American actor, Terry Crews, with Azerbaijani businessman and founder/leader of "Millionaire Concept," Agil Mamiyev, personally invited by Binghatti as a special guest.
According to Agil Mamiyev, Mercedes-Benz Places, surrounded by Dubai's most iconic landmarks, creates a unique living experience by offering unparalleled views of the world's tallest tower. During the event, the digital version of the project was also unveiled, reflecting the high level of sophistication and glamour associated with the project.
The "Mercedes-Benz Place Binghatti" building, consisting of 65 floors, will be divided into several sections and is expected to reach a height of 340.8 meters upon completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
As per the information provided, "Mercedes-Benz Place Binghatti," comprising 150 residences and business centers starting from $2.7 million, will feature an elliptical design reminiscent of many ultra-modern automobile lines. With this, the "Binghatti Group," known for its pioneering initiatives, continues to impress everyone anew.
