“We greatly appreciate the preparation for the election process in Azerbaijan. I do believe that the voting process will be arranged in a regular manner in the liberated regions as in other territories,” Viktor Seliverstov, the coordinator of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia delegation said at a press conference.
Viktor Valentinovich emphasized that they will convene to discuss the results after observing the election process on February 7.
Mentioning their active participation in the election as both observers and partners, the coordinator emphasized that enough number of observers have been registered to monitor the election process in Azerbaijan.
