Magnitude 3.8 quake hits Azerbaijan’s Neftchala district

A 3.8 magnitude earthquake struck Azerbaijan’s Neftchala district on Wednesday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The quake was recorded at 10:48 local time.
