The leadership and staff of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Youth and Sports, as well as the National Olympic Committee, AFFA and other sporting organizations have visited the Alley of Honors to commemorate National Leader Heydar Aliyev as December 12 marks the 20th anniversary of the death of the architect and founder of modern and independent Azerbaijani state, National Leader of the Azerbaijani people.
Visiting Bulgarian Minister of Youth and Sports Dimitar Ilievwas also among those who visited the Alley of Honor.
They also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
