Baku, November 15, AZERTAC A delegation led by President of the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) of the Eurasian Patent Organization Grigory Ivliev, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, and leadership of the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan have today visited the Alley of Honors to pay tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, and laid a wreath at the Great Leader`s tomb. They also put flowers at the grave of the Great Leader`s wife, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
