Baku, November 4, AZERTACThe Baku Higher Oil School of SOCAR (BHOS) and Kocaeli University of Türkiye have signed a cooperation agreement.The document signed by Rector of Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov and Rector of Kocaeli University Nuh Zafer Cantürk, envisages exchange of academic staff and students, as well as joint research activities, participation in seminars and academic meetings, exchange of educational materials and other information materials.Before the signing ceremony, BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov briefed the Turkish delegation on the University.According to him, the Baku Higher Oil School has grown into one of the country’s most prestigious higher education institutions in a short period of time.In his turn, the Rector of Kocaeli University filled Gasimov in on the higher educational institution and noted that cooperation with the BHOS would be beneficial for both universities.
