Baku, September 29, AZERTACOn September 29, a meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member states was held in Tula, the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry told AZERTAC.Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov participated in the meeting.The participants discussed the current military cooperation as well as upcoming issues at the meeting.
