President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order regarding measures to construct the Gandob-Khachmaz-Yalama-State border with the Russian Federation (20 km)-Hulovlu-Sarkarli-Alijqishlaq-Gadmaligishlaq-Rahimoba road of Khachmaz district.
Under the presidential Order, the Azerbaijan Highway State Agency is allocated 11 million manats for the construction of the road connecting 11 residential areas with a total population of 8,000 people.
