After resolving technical issues, we will provide assistance, says President of Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society

“Negotiations are underway for delivering the humanitarian cargo dispatched by the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society for residents of Armenian origin living in Karabakh. After resolving the technical issues, we will provide the assistance,” President of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society Novruz Aslan told journalists.
“We are in regular talks with the peacekeeping forces. Our partners are also monitoring the process, and if necessary, they can also join the process. I believe that this issue will soon be resolved," he added.
On August 29, the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society dispatched a humanitarian aid convoy consisting of 40 tons of flour products to residents of Armenian origin living in Karabakh.
