Participants of the Council of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS), who are on a visit to Azerbaijan, have today visited the Alley of Honors to commemorate Great Leader Heydar Aliyev.
They laid a wreath at the grave of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
Parliamentary participants also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
