The national flag of Azerbaijan has been raised in the city of Hamilton of Canada’s province of Ontario to mark 28 May- the Independence Day of Azerbaijan.
According to the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, the ceremony, which took place at the Hamilton City Hall, was organized by the Azerbaijani community in Hamilton.
The Azerbaijani tricolor flag was raised as the national anthem of performed.
The moments of pride and joy of Azerbaijani compatriots were shot and presented at the exhibition, held at Azerbaijan’s House in Toronto, by photographer Ismayil Huseynov.
