The World Taekwondo Championships to be held in Baku is one of the most important competitions of the year, Mariana Vasileva, Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth, said at a press conference held in Baku on May 27.
“The World Taekwondo Championships will also be organized at a high level in Azerbaijan. The spectators will enjoy the championships. The leadership of the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation has done an important work for organization of the world championships in Baku,” the deputy minister added.
The World Taekwondo Championships will be held in Azerbaijan`s capital at the Baku Crystal Hall from May 29 to June 4, 2023.
