Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov has met with visiting Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia Shalva Papuashvili.
Participation of Speaker of the Georgian Parliament in a Milli Majlis special session marking the 100th anniversary of the Great Leader was hailed during the meeting.
The pair expressed satisfaction with expansion of Azerbaijan-Georgia relations based on mutual trust and strengthening of strategic partnership. They hailed the role of parliaments in comprehensive development of relations between the two countries.
The meeting also focused on prospects for expanding relations in trade-economic, energy, transport-transit, humanitarian and other fields.
