Azerbaijani wrestler wins gold medal at European championship

Aliabbas Rzazade bagged Azerbaiajan’s first wrestling gold at European Championship held in Zagreb, Croatia.
He beat German Horst Lehr and Italian Simone Piroddu on his way to the final. Rzazade faced Turkish Suleyman Atli in a decisive encounter. Rzazade outclassed his opponent with a score 12:2 to claim European crown for the first time.
