Najafali village, Kalbajar district

Najafali village of Kalbajar district is located in the foothills.
The village was occupied by Armenian armed forces in 1993. During the occupation, Armenian vandals destroyed the village and turned it into ruins.
After the glorious Victory of Azerbaijani Army in the Second Karabakh War, Kalbajar district was returned to Azerbaijan on November 25 under the trilateral Statement signed by the President of Azerbaijan, the President of Russia and the Prime Minister of Armenia on November 10, 2020.
