A meeting with the World Bank (WB) mission has been held at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Azerbaijan.
Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev highlighted the success of social protection reforms implemented in the country at the direction of President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the Ministry’s Public Relations Department, the Minister provided insight into the steps to improve social protection system, social security digitalization program, DOST concept, labour relationship adjustment plans and active employment programs in the country.
The meeting also focused on achievements gained within the World Bank-funded Azerbaijan Employment Support project.
The meeting saw the presentation of detailed analysis of the targeted social assistance program.
