Baku, February 17, AZERTAC Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan Ulvi Mehdiyev has held a number of meetings on the sidelines of the World Government Summit held in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).According to the Agency, during the meeting held with co-founder and chair of The World Innovation Network (TWIN) Robert Wolcott, the sides exchanged views on the application of the latest innovations and technologies in the provision of services, the future of public services, as well as agreed to collaborate.Ulvi Mehdiyav also met with Minister of Public Service of Uganda Hon. Wilson Muruli Mukasa. The sides hailed the successful implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Public Service of the Republic of Uganda” in 2018.During the discussions on designing future public services and service centers held at the special session on the theme “Public services”, Mehdiyev informed the participants on the work done by the State Agency in this regard over the past years, as well as the activities of "ASAN service" centers and the planned projects.
