Georgia hosts 2023 FIS Snowboard, Freestyle and Freeski World Championships

Georgia is going to host, the first time ever, the 2023 FIS Snowboard, Freestyle and Freeski World Championships, at the ski resort of Bakuriani.
The championships, to run until March 5, brought together hundreds of athletes from more than 40 countries.
A total of 30 medal competitions are the docket for Bakuriani 2023 - 16 for freestyle and freeski, 14 for snowboard, including two mixed-team events on each of the ski and snowboard side of things.
Specialists and amateur athletes from Azerbaijan also participate in the championships.
