Earthquake shakes Caspian Sea

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake hit the Caspian Sea on Wednesday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The quake at a depth of 60 km was recorded at 15:42 local time.
