Gunay Afandiyeva visits Representative Office of Organization of Turkic States in Hungary

As part of her visit to Hungary, President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva has visited the Representative Office of the Organization of Turkic States in Budapest to meet with its head Janos Hovari.
TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Shusha district Aydin Karimov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Hungary Tahir Taghizade, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Hungary Janibek Abdrashov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Hungary Talantbek Kushchubekov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkiye to Hungary Gülşen Karanis Ekşioğlu, employees of the Organization of Turkic States Representation office in Budapest participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, the importance of protecting and promoting the values lived by the Turkic people for centuries for the Turkic world in the modern era was touched upon. It was stated that Hungary also plays an active role in the large-scale international activities of Turkic Cooperation Organizations. Discussions were held on possible joint projects aimed at developing mutual relations between the country and the Turkic world, which are becoming stronger day by day.
Gunay Afandiyeva presented to the heads of diplomatic missions the albums of the "XIX century Cultural Heritage of the Turkic World through the Yildiz Palace Photograph Collection" exhibition by the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkiye.
President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva also gave an interview to the Hungarian "M5" cultural channel about the relations between the Foundation and Hungary, an observer member of the organization, as well as the projects implemented in the direction of promoting the all-Turkic cultural heritage.
