Azerbaijan sees increase in number of signed labor contracts

“As a result of the improvement of mechanisms ensuring the formalization of labor relations and other stimulating measures, compared to the beginning of 2019, the number of labor contracts rose by 344,394 to 1,746,309, as of January 1 of this year,” Azerbaijani Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said on Twitter.
“In the non-state sector, this indicator increased by 291,435 and amounted to 831,357,” the minister tweeted.
