Baku, January 6, AZERTAC Baku will host a qualification tournament of the Men’s EHF Euro 2026. Qualifiers phase 1 features four teams: Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Great Britain and Malta.Azerbaijan will play its first game against Malta on January 13, 2023, while the national team will try their strength against Great Britain on January 14, and Cyprus on January 15. The Men's EHF EURO 2026 will take place 9-15 January 2026 in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, and will feature a total of 24 teams.
