Baku, January 6, AZERTAC “The information disseminated by the Armenian media about the losses allegedly suffered by the Azerbaijan Army in 2022 is false and provocative disinformation,” said Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Defense.“Such information, which contains figures that do not reflect reality, is aimed at misleading the public. It should be noted that official information on the losses of our army was regularly published in the Azerbaijani media. The Armenian media even attempts to characterize information regarding citizens, who passed away for various reasons after being released to the reserve, as combat casualties of our army. Therefore, we urge our citizens, media representatives, as well as users of social networks not to disseminate such false information,” the ministry added.
