Baku, December 29, AZERTAC Latvian Charge d'Affaires in Azerbaijan Vija Buša has visited the National Library of Azerbaijan named after M.F. Akhunzade and presented the set of books gifted from the National Library of Latvia.Director of the National Library, Professor Karim Tahirov presented books published in the Azerbaijani and English languages to the guest as well.During the meeting, Vija Buša spoke about the Latvian-language school founded in Azerbaijan at the beginning of the last century and its activities. She also proposed to organize a joint exhibition with Azerbaijan National Library.Professor Tahirov said they would do their utmost to support the realization of such a project in 2023.
