Baku, December 22, AZERTAC President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva has met with Kazakh Minister of Culture and Sports Dauren Abayev. During the meeting, Gunay Afandiyeva highlighted the activities of the International Turkish Culture and Heritage Foundation in the direction of studying, protecting and promoting the material and cultural values of the Turkic World on an international scale, and the events organized in different countries. Dauren Abayev hailed the Foundation`s promotion of the culture of Kazakhstan in Europe, the printing and circulation of postage stamps in Spain dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the outstanding Kazakh literature - poet, public figure and composer Abay Kunanbayev, as well as other projects implemented by the Foundation. During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the prospects of cooperation and further strengthening of mutual relations between the Foundation and Kazakhstan.
